Steve has developed an extensive amount of knowledge and experience in his 30 years working in the Health and Social Care industry. He has previously planned, created and developed a variety of successful health and social care services. Steve is passionate about offering care and support to those who need it, and always ensures a quality bespoke delivery of care and support is offered to each individual.

Neil has over 12 years of experience working within Health and Social Care. He has worked in both Hampshire County Council and Southampton City Councils in older persons care and support. Neil is an enthusiastic, highly motivated and very personable individual who is passionate about making a difference to the individuals he serves.
Our team have extensive training in Health and Social Care and as a minimal requirement, we only provide staff who have the correct level of knowledge and training. A minimum of a level 2 NVQ or working towards a level 3, coupled with a care certificate is required. Our staff members are on a development scheme and take part in our mandatory training such as:
