Steve Badger

Company Director

Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care and appointed CQC individual

Steve has developed an extensive amount of knowledge and experience in his 30 years working in the Health and Social Care industry. He has previously planned, created and developed a variety of successful health and social care services. Steve is passionate about offering care and support to those who need it, and always ensures a quality bespoke delivery of care and support is offered to each individual.





Neil Challis

Company Director and CQC Registered Manager

Diploma level 5 in Health and Social Care

Neil has over 12 years of experience working within Health and Social Care. He has worked in both Hampshire County Council and Southampton City Councils in older persons care and support. Neil is an enthusiastic, highly motivated and very personable individual who is passionate about making a difference to the individuals he serves.

Our team have extensive training in Health and Social Care and as a minimal requirement, we only provide staff who have the correct level of knowledge and training. A minimum of a level 2 diploma in Health and social care or working towards a level 3, and or the 15 standards included in the care certificate is required. As well as mandatory training, which can be seen below, we also have a syllabus of over 40 relevant courses specific to the area of work we do.  This can be blended, online or in house training.  Mandatory training includes

  • Moving and positioning
  • Health and Safety
  • Equality, diversity and inclusion
  • Personal care
  • First Aid and basic life support
