He has previously planned, created and developed a variety of successful health and social care services. Steve is passionate about offering care and support to those who need it, and always ensures a quality bespoke delivery of care and support is offered to each individual.

Neil has over 12 years of experience working within Health and Social Care. He has worked in both Hampshire County Council and Southampton City Councils in older persons care and support. Neil is an enthusiastic, highly motivated and very personable individual who is passionate about making a difference to the individuals he serves.
Our team records all details of visits on Careline Live. The care teams have weekly meetings, sharing an open culture that always welcomes constructive feedback, for review and potential action to continually improve our service delivery.
It is vital for staff to feel involved as domiciliary care can sometimes feel lonely. We have a WhatsApp Group used by care technicians throughout the day to exchange important updates or simply just feel connected.
Our care service is managed by a CQC registered manager, with general management duties as well as legislation responsibilities.
